There is no contact form here, deliberately. A form would mean collecting and storing your details on a server, which is the one thing this site is built to avoid. Plain email keeps that out of it.

Reporting a problem with a tool

If a tool produced the wrong result or failed outright, the following makes it much easier to reproduce and fix:

• Which tool, and what you were trying to do.
• Your browser and version, and your operating system.
• Roughly how large the file was, and how many pages or images.
• Any error message shown on the page.

Please do not send the file itself unless we ask. In most cases the details above are enough, and we would rather not receive documents we have no need to see.

Suggesting a tool

Requests are welcome, particularly for things you currently do with a site that uploads your files. The constraint is that anything added here has to be doable in the browser without a server — that is the whole point of the project — so some requests will not be possible.

Privacy questions

Questions about data handling can go to the same address. The privacy policy covers what is collected, which is very little, and how advertising fits in.

Response time

This is a small operation, so replies are usually within a few working days rather than within hours.
