Privacy policy
Last updated
Twinster Toolbox is operated by Twinster Enterprises LLC. This policy explains what happens to your files and what data is collected when you use this site.
Your files are never uploaded
Every tool on this site runs entirely inside your web browser. When you select a file, it is read from your device into your browser’s memory, processed using your own computer’s processor, and written back to your downloads folder.
Your files are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. We do not receive them, store them, see them, or process them on any server. There is no server-side file handling in this product at all.
You do not have to take our word for this. Load any tool page, disconnect your device from the internet, and use the tool. It will work normally, because nothing is being sent anywhere. You can also open your browser’s developer tools, switch to the Network tab, and confirm that using a tool produces no upload.
Files held in browser memory are discarded when you close or reload the tab. Nothing persists after that.
We do not have accounts
There is no sign-up, no login, and no email field anywhere on this site. We do not create user accounts, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personal identifiers directly.
Advertising
This site is funded by advertising. When advertising is active, ads are served by Google AdSense, which is a third party with its own data practices.
Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. This data is collected by Google, not by us. We do not have access to your files, and neither does Google — the advertising code has no connection to the tools and cannot see anything you process.
You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, and review how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Server logs
Like almost all websites, the hosting provider that serves these pages records standard technical request information — IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp. These logs exist to deliver the site and to diagnose faults. They contain page requests only, and cannot contain your files, because your files are never requested from or sent to a server.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we do not operate accounts and do not collect personal data directly, we typically hold nothing to return or erase.
For advertising data, the controller is Google, and requests about that data should be directed to Google. For anything else, contact us using the details below.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new revision date. The commitment that files are processed locally and never uploaded is a property of how the software is built, not merely a policy statement.
